Choose the right product
Start with the equipment, surface feel and dimensions you need.
Which product families does Tackavo offer?
Explore overgrips, replacement grips, towel grips and edge protection. Model pages describe the listed material, dimensions and finish. Send the SKU with your enquiry so we can confirm the exact supplied product.
What is the difference between an overgrip and a replacement grip?
An overgrip is normally wrapped over an existing base grip to adjust surface feel and absorbency. A replacement grip replaces the base layer on the handle. Compare the listed dimensions and check the final installed circumference on your equipment. See the overgrip vs replacement grip guide.
Can the same grip fit every sport or handle?
Fit should be checked on the intended equipment. Handle length, shape, circumference, overlap and wrapping tension affect coverage and feel. Use grips by sport as a starting point, then send actual dimensions and a reference photo for confirmation. A sport label alone does not establish universal fit.
How should I compare tacky, dry and towel grips?
Compare surface feel, absorbency, thickness and the conditions in which the product will be used. Test samples on the same equipment with a consistent wrapping method. The tacky and dry material guide and sample request page can help you prepare a comparison.
Plan a standard order
Keep the model, supplied unit and color breakdown clear.
What is the minimum order for standard products?
Standard products start at 100 units, with up to two colors. Send your model selection, quantities, colors and delivery country for a quotation. Model combinations, quantities per color and availability require confirmation. Compare the standard product range.
Can I mix two colors in a 100-unit order?
You can request up to two colors for a standard order starting at 100 units. Tell us the colors and quantity you want for each. The exact split, available colors and selected model must be confirmed in the quotation; an equal split is not automatically guaranteed.
Can I mix different models to reach the minimum order?
Send the model list and quantity for each model. Model combinations require confirmation, so the 100-unit starting minimum should not be taken as automatic approval to combine any SKUs. We will confirm the applicable quantities and availability with your quotation.
Does one unit mean one grip, one roll or one pack?
The supplied unit depends on the product. Rolls, individual wraps, strips and packs must be identified clearly in the quotation. Confirm both the pricing unit and the MOQ unit before comparing quantities or placing an order. Read the standard-order conditions.
Evaluate before committing
Agree the sample selection and review it on the intended equipment.
Are evaluation samples free?
Sample selection, availability, quantity, charges, shipping and preparation timing are confirmed before dispatch. A sample enquiry does not guarantee free samples or free freight. Any sample-charge credit against a later order must be expressly agreed in the quotation.
Can I compare more than one model?
Yes. Select a primary model and list additional models in your sample request. Describe the surface feel, thickness, material or application you want to compare. We will confirm the available selection and quantities; suggested comparison sets are not fixed kit contents.
How long does sample preparation take?
Timing depends on the selected models, availability and any custom work. Confirm sample preparation and transit separately before dispatch. A request form does not establish a fixed dispatch date.
What should I approve before bulk production?
Review material, dimensions, finish, installed fit, colors, artwork and packaging against the agreed brief. Identify the approved model, variant, artwork version and any acceptance checks in writing. Keep the reference and feedback clearly labeled. The sample review plan explains what to compare.
Prepare a clear custom brief
Separate catalogue selection from changes to the product or branding.
What is the starting minimum for custom products or logo programs?
The current starting minimum is 1,000 units. The applicable minimum depends on the selected product, material, colors, supplied unit, artwork and packaging, and is confirmed in the quotation. Standard-product MOQ terms do not automatically apply to customized products.
What can I request for a custom project?
Share your requirements for material, surface feel, dimensions, colors, logo and packaging. Feasibility depends on the selected product and process. The customization page outlines the available enquiry areas; final specifications need written confirmation.
What artwork or references should I send?
Send the intended logo, color references, desired placement, dimensions, packaging brief and any reference samples or photos. Identify the artwork version and use artwork you are authorized to supply. We will confirm production-file requirements before approval.
Can you adapt a product for a stick, bat or another handle?
Send the intended use, handle dimensions, current wrap reference and any performance requirements. We need to assess coverage, installation and material suitability rather than assume a catalogue model will fit. Start with the relevant sport application and send your brief.
Confirm the commercial details
A useful quotation starts with a model, quantity breakdown and destination.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Send the model or specification, quantities by variant, supplied unit, colors, packaging requirements and delivery country. For custom work, add artwork and reference samples where available. Use the quotation form or email [email protected].
Does submitting a form confirm an order?
No. An enquiry or sample request starts a discussion. Products, approved specifications, quantities, price, currency, payment schedule and delivery arrangements must be agreed in the quotation and order confirmation.
What payment terms and production lead times apply?
Payment methods, deposit and balance requirements, quotation validity and production timing are confirmed for the specific order. Sample preparation, production readiness and transit are separate stages. Do not assume a payment schedule or fixed lead time that has not been agreed.
Who pays shipping, duties and taxes?
The shipping method, freight charges, delivery terms, duties, taxes and customs responsibilities must be agreed for the destination and recorded in the quotation or order documents. No particular delivery term or tax allocation applies simply because you submit an enquiry. Read production and delivery conditions.
Keep approvals and follow-up traceable
Use the approved specification and order reference when raising a question.
How do I confirm the quality checks for my order?
Agree the product specification, tolerances, inspection points, acceptance criteria and approved references before production. If a particular test or compliance document is required, identify it in the brief and ask us to confirm its availability and applicability to the exact product. See material, branding and packaging checkpoints.
What should I do if a product or shipment has a problem?
Contact [email protected] with the order and shipment reference, model, affected quantity, a description and clear photos where relevant. Check the supplied products against the agreed specification. The concern will be reviewed under the agreed order or delivery terms; reporting it does not automatically confirm a particular remedy.
Can I change, cancel or return an order?
Requests must be reviewed against the approval and production stage and the terms agreed for the transaction. Work already carried out can affect available changes and costs. Cancellation, refund and sample-charge arrangements should be expressly confirmed in the order documents. Custom products are not automatically described as non-refundable; applicable mandatory rights remain. See changes and quality concerns.
What should I provide for a repeat order?
Send the previous order reference, SKU or approved specification, quantities by color and variant, packaging requirements, delivery destination and any changes. Ask us to reconfirm availability, pricing and timing. Do not assume a previous quotation or delivery schedule remains unchanged.
