FIND YOUR STARTING POINT

Choose a surface before choosing a model

An overgrip wraps over an existing base grip. Surface feel, structure and thickness are separate decisions: compare them on the intended handle before approving a sample.

01 / TACKY & MILD-TACK

Choose the amount of surface grip

Compare tacky models for a more adhesive hand-feel, or mild-tack models for a lighter surface grab. Softness and tack level can vary independently.

02 / DRY FEEL

Compare lower-tack surfaces

Start with the dry-feel models when a sticky surface is not the brief. Evaluate the grip with the sweat conditions, wrapping tension and overlap your customers use.

03 / RIBBED & TEXTURED

Review the finished handle shape

Raised-ridge, perforated and gradient options add distinct surface and handle profiles. Check the installed feel and pattern orientation alongside the flat material sample.

SHORTLIST BY YOUR PROJECT

Build a shortlist around one difference at a time

Start with the hand-feel you want to sell, then compare thickness and structure. These are starting combinations for evaluation, rather than a performance ranking.

Tacky, mild-tack or dry?

Compare three surface families on the same base grip. Specify the exact thickness for each sample so that the comparison is about tack level rather than handle build-up.

Review on the sample: Record initial surface grab, hand repositioning and feel after use. Keep wrapping tension and overlap consistent.

One tacky line in several thicknesses

This family lists 0.50, 0.60 and 0.70 mm options, with a 1200 mm length and 25–28 mm width range. Request the individual thicknesses when building a coordinated retail line.

Review on the sample: Approve the thickness, width and pack label together. The combined catalogue entry covers three model references.

A raised ridge or a flatter wrap?

OG-K01 is a perforated PU keel design; OG-DB01 uses PU/EVA with a gradient dragon-bone pattern. Both list approximately 1100 × 25 × 0.7 mm. Use OG-T02 as a flat-wrap comparison with a matched sample thickness.

Review on the sample: Compare the installed ridge position, seam, grip circumference and logo visibility. A decorative pattern is a separate choice from tack level.

SPECIFICATIONS AT A GLANCE

SAMPLE REVIEW

Compare samples on the same handle

A small change in thickness, stretch or overlap can change the finished grip size. Use a consistent wrapping method when comparing models.

  • Record width, length and thickness for each shortlisted model.
  • Compare tack level, stretch, edge finish and installed handle size.
  • Check the logo position after wrapping, not just on the flat strip.
  • Approve the product and retail or bulk packaging together.

Sample availability, charges and shipping are confirmed before dispatch. Confirm the selected models, sample quantity and any charges before dispatch.

CUSTOMIZATION BRIEF

What can be specified for your project

Multiple colors, custom logos, lengths and packaging can be discussed. Available methods, dimensions and minimum quantities depend on the selected model and finish.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Before you select your samples

What is the difference between an overgrip and a replacement grip?

An overgrip is an additional wrap over a base grip. A replacement grip forms the base layer directly on the racket handle. Choose the construction first, then compare feel and dimensions.

Can I compare different overgrip feels before ordering?

Yes. Choose a primary model in the sample form and list any additional models you would like to compare. We will confirm availability and the sample arrangement.

Can you add a logo and custom packaging?

Logo, color, length and packaging requirements can be discussed for OEM and private-label orders. The available method depends on the selected material and finish.

What is the difference between OG-D02 and OG-D03?

Both list the same 0.4–0.8 mm sanded construction and 1200 mm length. OG-D02 is positioned for humid climates and shared club rackets; OG-D03 is positioned for club and training programs with high replacement frequency. Choose by intended use and order profile, then confirm both on the same handle.

Does a 0.4–0.8 mm listing mean every strip has variable thickness?

It describes the listed series range. State the exact thickness you want quoted and sampled; the production specification should identify one approved thickness or separately identified variants.

Start with the right sample.

Choose a model, or describe the feel and fit you need. We will confirm the suitable sample options and shipping arrangement.
