FIND YOUR STARTING POINT

Choose the format that fits your channel

A towel surface describes the textile feel, not a single fiber composition. Check the material and dimensions for each model before selecting your range.

01 / CONTINUOUS ROLL

Cut and pack to your requirements

The 10 m roll format is a starting point for clubs, racket services and bulk repacking. Confirm the intended cut length, inner packs and labeling before ordering.

02 / SINGLE WRAP

Review ready-to-wrap lengths

Single-wrap models simplify individual packing and sampling. Check that the selected length and width provide the required coverage on the target handle.

03 / MATERIAL & TEXTURE

Compare the textile construction

Review fiber composition, pile feel, thickness and backing at model level. A cotton towel option and a super-fiber option should be sampled against the same brief.

SHORTLIST BY YOUR PROJECT

Three formats, three different buying decisions

The current towel range contains a continuous roll, a short wrap and a cotton option with several sizes. Compare the material, thickness and packing unit rather than treating them as interchangeable.

Bulk cutting and service counters

The super-fiber roll lists approximately 10 m × 3 cm × 0.4 cm, equivalent to 10000 × 30 × 4 mm. Its material is listed as polyester super-fiber. Standard colors listed are blue, black, white, orange, light blue and red.

Review on the sample: Specify whether the quoted unit is one full roll or a finished cut piece. Agree the cut length and allowance before calculating retail pack quantities.

A short individually packed wrap

This towel-fabric model lists approximately 70 cm × 3 cm × 0.35 cm, equivalent to 700 × 30 × 3.5 mm. Fiber composition is not specified in the current listing.

Review on the sample: Check coverage on your target handle before selecting a 700 mm wrap. Ask for composition confirmation if cotton content is part of your retail claim.

Cotton with adhesive backing

The cotton model lists lengths of 750, 1100 or 1200 mm, widths of 25, 27 or 30 mm, and 1.5 mm thickness. OPP bags, zipper bags, plastic cans and blister-card packing are listed options.

Review on the sample: Confirm which length/width combinations are available. Specify the backing and pack format, and evaluate pile feel and finished handle size against the thicker towel options.

SPECIFICATIONS AT A GLANCE

Compare the actual model specifications

Use the listed dimensions as a starting point. Confirm the exact variant and approved sample before placing a production order.

6 MODELS TO EXPLORE

Explore towel-grip formats

The current range includes a 10 m roll, a 70 cm towel wrap and a cotton towel-grip option. Review each model’s specification and available customization before selecting samples.

SAMPLE REVIEW

Review the fabric and the installed feel

The pile, backing and wrapping overlap all contribute to the final handle feel. Check the sample as a textile product and as a finished wrap.

  • Confirm fiber composition for the selected model.
  • Compare pile texture, thickness and the installed handle size.
  • Check the backing and the way the wrap starts and finishes.
  • For rolls, specify cut length, pack quantity and retail labeling.

Sample availability, charges and shipping are confirmed before dispatch. Confirm the selected models, sample quantity and any charges before dispatch.

OEM & PRIVATE LABEL

Create a towel-grip program for your brand

Multiple colors, custom lengths, logo presentation and packaging can be discussed for the selected model. Confirm whether the branding will sit on the wrap, finishing band or pack during sample review.

What to include in your brief

Selected model or reference sample, intended sport, target dimensions, estimated order quantity, colors, logo artwork, packaging and delivery destination.

CUSTOMIZATION BRIEF

What can be specified for your project

Multiple colors, custom logos, lengths and packaging can be discussed. Available methods, dimensions and minimum quantities depend on the selected model and finish.

BUYER QUESTIONS

Before you select your samples

Are all towel grips made from the same material?

No. A towel texture can be made with different fibers and constructions. Refer to each model’s material description and confirm the composition during sample selection.

Should I choose a roll or a single wrap?

Rolls suit cutting and bulk-service formats. Single wraps suit individual packs and ready-to-wrap supply. The right choice depends on your customer and packaging requirements.

Can I request custom lengths and colors?

Yes. Include the requested length, colors and packaging in your brief. We will confirm suitable options and order requirements for the chosen model.

Are the 4 mm and 3.5 mm dimensions the finished handle build-up?

No. They are conversions of the approximate flat-material dimensions listed for OG-TW01 and OG-TW02. Textile compression, tension and overlap affect the wrapped result. Confirm the measuring method and evaluate an installed sample.

Can I calculate a guaranteed number of wraps from a 10 m roll?

Divide the usable roll length by your approved cut length as a planning estimate, then allow for trimming and handling. Confirm the cutting plan and packed unit with the quotation; the catalogue does not guarantee a fixed number of finished wraps.

Start with the right sample.

Choose a model, or describe the feel and fit you need. We will confirm the suitable sample options and shipping arrangement.
