Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Tackavo handles personal information when you visit our website, request a quotation, ask for samples or contact our team.

Who we are and how to contact us
Tackavo (“we”, “us” and “our”) provides information about racket grips, handle-wrap applications, edge protection and customization through tackavo.com.
For questions about this policy or your personal information, email [email protected]. Please include the email address or enquiry reference associated with your request so we can locate the relevant record.
Information we collect
Information you provide. Enquiry and sample forms may collect your name, work email, phone number, company, country, intended sport, selected model, product type, order type, quantities, color preferences and project requirements. If you send artwork, specifications, photographs or other attachments, we receive those files and the information they contain.
Technical information. The enquiry system records submission time, source page, IP information where available and browser user-agent information. Security services may process browser and request information to help prevent automated or abusive submissions.
Other communications. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, the information you share and our correspondence may form part of your enquiry or order record. Please avoid sending unrelated personal information or sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
How and why we use information
We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, understand your intended application, compare suitable product options, prepare quotations, coordinate agreed sample requests and communicate about specifications, artwork, packaging and orders. We also use technical information to administer forms, investigate spam and maintain website security.
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing to respond to a request or fulfil an agreement may be necessary for pre-contract steps or a contract. Business administration and security may rely on legitimate interests where permitted and after considering the interests and rights of the people concerned. Recordkeeping may also be required by law. Where consent is required for a separate purpose, it must be obtained for that purpose.
Sending a quotation or sample enquiry is not, by itself, consent to unrelated marketing. If consent is used for an optional communication or tracking purpose, you can withdraw it through the relevant choice mechanism or by contacting us.
When information is shared
Information is used by the people handling your enquiry and, where necessary, service providers supporting website hosting, storage, business communications or customer administration. Relevant project or delivery details may also need to be shared with parties involved in an agreed sample or order. Sharing should be limited to the information needed for that task.
Cloudflare Turnstile is configured to support form security. Its processing is described in Cloudflare’s privacy information. If you choose to use email or WhatsApp, those services also handle information under their own policies.
Information may be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to address a legal claim, security incident or misuse of the service.
How long information is kept
Information is kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including enquiry follow-up, agreed sample or order administration, applicable recordkeeping obligations and resolving disputes.
Retention depends on whether an enquiry develops into an order, whether the correspondence or specification remains relevant to an ongoing relationship, and whether a legal obligation requires records to be kept. Uploaded files should be considered alongside the associated enquiry or order, rather than kept without a continuing purpose.
When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymised, subject to applicable obligations and the handling of backups. Contact us if you would like us to review the information associated with your enquiry.
International information handling
Enquiries can involve customers, team members and service providers in different countries. The locations involved depend on the services used and the arrangements for your enquiry, samples or order.
Where information is transferred across borders and applicable law requires a particular safeguard or transfer mechanism, that requirement must be addressed for the transfer concerned. You can contact [email protected] with questions about the handling of your information.
Your rights and choices
Depending on the law applicable to your information and the circumstances, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or to object to certain processing. Where processing relies on consent, withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it was withdrawn. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
To object to processing or make another privacy request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and the scope of your request before acting on it. Rights are subject to their legal conditions, including circumstances where records must be retained. We will handle requests within the period required by applicable law.
Cookies, security and policy updates
Read our Cookie Policy for information about language preferences, form-security services and the current analytics configuration.
Access controls and other appropriate safeguards are used to protect enquiry information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please tell us promptly if you believe information relating to your enquiry has been misused.
We may update this policy when our services, information handling or applicable requirements change. The revision date on this page identifies the latest version.
