Ordering & Sample Terms
Use these conditions to prepare your enquiry and understand how standard products, customization, samples and order details are confirmed with Tackavo.

Standard products
Standard products start at a minimum order of 100 units, with up to two colors. Send your model selection, quantities, preferred colors and delivery country for a quotation.
Model combinations, quantities per color, availability and the final supplied unit require confirmation. For rolls, wraps, strips or packs, confirm the unit used for both pricing and the minimum order before comparing quantities.
Custom products and branding
The current starting minimum for custom products or logo programs is 1,000 units. The applicable minimum depends on the selected product, material, colors, supplied unit, artwork and packaging, and is confirmed in the quotation.
Provide the changes you need, the intended application and any reference artwork or samples. For stick, bat or other handle formats, include dimensions and an existing wrap reference. An existing standard-product listing does not automatically establish fit or availability for another application.
Sample requests and approval
Sample selection, availability, quantity, charges, shipping and preparation timing are confirmed before dispatch. A sample request does not guarantee free products, a fixed preparation period or acceptance of a future bulk order.
Evaluate the relevant dimensions, material, surface feel, appearance, installed fit and packaging on the intended equipment. Where a sample is used for production approval, identify the model, variant, artwork version and any agreed acceptance checks in writing.
Any sample-charge credit against a subsequent order must be expressly agreed in the quotation. Request sample details.
Quotation, payment and order confirmation
Enquiries and website forms start a discussion; they do not by themselves create a confirmed order. The quotation and order confirmation should identify the products or approved specification, quantities by variant, supplied units, price, currency, packaging, payment schedule and delivery arrangements.
Payment methods, deposit and balance requirements, quotation validity and the point at which an order is accepted must be stated in the transaction documents. Do not assume a payment arrangement that has not been confirmed for your order.
Review names, delivery details, quantities, color references and artwork before approval. If you identify an error or need a change, contact us promptly with the quotation or order reference.
Production and delivery
Order lead times are confirmed after the model, quantity, artwork, packing and delivery requirements are agreed. Sample preparation, production readiness and transit time are separate stages; confirm the timing that applies to each.
Shipping method, freight charges, delivery terms, duties, taxes and customs responsibilities must be agreed for the destination and included in the quotation or order documents. No particular delivery term or tax allocation applies merely because you submit a form.
If a shipment is delayed, lost or damaged, contact us with the order and shipment references and relevant evidence so the issue can be reviewed under the agreed delivery terms and applicable law.
Changes, cancellation and quality concerns
Requests to change or cancel an order must be reviewed against the order’s approval and production stage and the terms agreed for that transaction. Custom artwork, materials, packaging or work already carried out can affect what changes are possible and any resulting cost.
Cancellation, refund and sample-charge arrangements should be expressly confirmed in your quotation or order documents. Custom products are not described here as automatically non-refundable; any mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.
On receipt, check the supplied products against the agreed specification and report concerns promptly to [email protected]. Include the model, order reference, affected quantity and clear photos where relevant. Inspection periods, tolerances, acceptance criteria and remedies should be agreed in the transaction documents; review of a concern does not itself confirm a particular remedy.
Your transaction documents and contact
These conditions explain the enquiry and confirmation process. The transaction-specific quotation, approved specification and order confirmation record the details agreed for your purchase, subject to applicable law. Ask us to resolve any inconsistency before proceeding.
