Tackavo / Policies & ordering
Website Terms of Use
These terms explain the use of Tackavo’s website and the relationship between online product information, enquiries and separately confirmed orders.
Last updated: 25 October 2026
About this website
Tackavo provides information about overgrips, replacement grips, towel grips, handle-wrap applications, edge protection and related customization services. This website allows you to explore the range and contact our team about quotations or samples.
These website terms should be read with the Privacy Policy and Ordering & Sample Terms. Transaction-specific requirements belong in the quotation, specification and order documents agreed for your project.
Product information and images
Product pages provide a starting point for comparing models and discussing requirements. Confirm the selected variant, material, dimensions, color, supplied unit, packaging and availability before placing an order. A sport label alone does not establish suitability for every handle or piece of equipment.
Website photographs, illustrations and generated product visualizations may show examples or possible appearances. Screen settings, lighting and illustrative presentation can affect the appearance of colors, texture and scale. The agreed specification and, where required, an approved sample should define what is to be supplied.
If information appears inconsistent, ask us to clarify it before relying on it for a purchase or production decision.
Quotations, samples and orders
Submitting a form, uploading artwork or asking for samples does not itself place or confirm a bulk order. Model availability, pricing, sample charges, payment and delivery arrangements must be confirmed separately.
Only the details expressly agreed for the transaction should be treated as the final order specification. Review your quotation and approval documents carefully, including quantities, variants, supplied units and artwork versions.
Contact Tackavo to discuss a quotation, or review the ordering and sample conditions.
Website content and branding
You may browse this website and use its information to evaluate Tackavo products and services. Copying, republishing or adapting Tackavo branding, images, illustrations or substantial website copy for your own advertising or product listings requires the appropriate permission from the relevant rights holder.
Third-party names, marks and materials remain subject to their respective rights. Contact [email protected] if you need product materials for an authorised business use.
Files and information you submit
Only submit logos, artwork, photographs and specifications that you are entitled to share for reviewing or carrying out your request. Identify any confidentiality requirements before sending restricted material, and arrange any separate confidentiality agreement needed for the project.
Do not submit malicious files, unlawful content or unrelated sensitive personal information. Information and files supplied through enquiries are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting artwork for a project does not itself transfer ownership of that artwork.
External links and communications
Email, WhatsApp and other external links may take you to services operated by other organisations. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Check the recipient and communication channel before sending confidential material.
Commercial terms and applicable rights
Payment schedules, approvals, cancellation, delivery responsibilities, quality acceptance and remedies are addressed through the terms agreed for the particular transaction, subject to applicable law. Website information does not replace those agreed documents.
Nothing in these website terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any mandatory rights that apply to a purchaser continue to apply.
