A custom racket grip project combines the grip itself with the way your brand appears on the product and its packaging. A clear brief helps your team compare options and approve a consistent result.
Start with the grip and its intended use
Choose an overgrip, replacement grip, or towel grip before deciding on the branding method. Material, surface texture, thickness, and how the grip wraps around a handle all affect the space available for a logo.
Use the grip type comparison to shortlist a product family. If you already have a reference sample, include its dimensions and the features you want to retain or change.
Prepare your logo and color references
- Provide a vector logo when available, together with your brand color references.
- Identify the logo position, orientation, and approximate size.
- Show whether the branding should remain visible after the grip is wrapped.
- Include a reference for any repeating pattern or surface effect.
Tackavo's customization options include printed branding, embossing, and woven details. The appropriate method depends on the grip material and design. Review the proposed method on a sample rather than relying only on a digital layout.
Match the packaging to the sales channel
| Format | What to specify |
|---|---|
| Individual retail pack | Product information, logo placement, barcode artwork, and display requirements. |
| Club or multi-pack | Number of grips, color mix, pack dimensions, and labeling. |
| Bulk supply | Individual wrapping requirements, quantities per inner pack, and carton labels. |
Review the available packaging options alongside the product specification so that the grip and the pack are approved together.
Use a sample approval checklist
- Compare the grip's feel, dimensions, and surface finish with your brief.
- Check logo legibility, position, and color against the agreed reference.
- Wrap the grip on the intended handle to review the finished appearance.
- Check the pack contents, product information, and label artwork.
- Record any changes before approving the production version.
Plan the order quantity and lead time
Tackavo's MOQ is 100 units for standard products, with up to two colors and 1,000 pcs for custom orders, including logo-branded products. Order lead times are Standard order timing: confirmed by quotation and Custom order timing: confirmed by quotation. Sample timing is confirmed separately for the project.
For an initial quotation, send your grip type, target quantity, logo artwork, color references, packaging requirements, and delivery destination through the existing inquiry form. If an item is still undecided, explain what you are trying to achieve so the team can help you compare options.
